Please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment for any cancellations. You may schedule online and submit a deposit or you may schedule with me directly via text or Yelp. You will be required to submit a deposit via Zelle or Venmo if you choose not to schedule online.
A $25 deposit must be submitted to have your appointment confirmed. A deposit will also be requested for same day appointments. Said deposit will be applied towards your service. Should you cancel with less than a 24 hour notice, your deposit will not be returned. No exceptions for this policy. If you want to reschedule with less than a 24 hour notice, your deposit will not be returned and you will need to submit a new deposit.
Please be on time. Should you request to arrive 15 minutes late or more or appear 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be cancelled and rescheduled; however, your deposit WILL NOT be returned for any reason. You will need to submit a new deposit to schedule another date and time.
You will receive a confirmation email following scheduling your appointment. Location and directions will be sent 24 hrs prior to your appointment following a confirmation text. Please respond promptly to the text message, as if you request to cancel and the time period is less than 24 hours, your deposit will not be returned. Additionally, should you not respond to the confirmation text, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will not be returned. Furthermore, deposits will not be returned for no shows.
After completion of your appointment, you may pay via Cash,Venmo, Zelle or Credit Card.
